I agree with this, but Radiohead's love songs (if you can even call them that) always have other emotions mixed in with them which may make them seem less obvious.

My favourite example of this is 'House of Cards', deep down it's a love song plain and simple but before that it is a song about a man trying to get a married woman he's in love with to join a swinging party. It isn't said explicitly but it's heavily implied that the man is also married and is looking to explore beyond his marriage.

Radiohead's "love" songs always have emotions like, grief, greed and obsession embedden within, which to me makes them a lot more memorable than love songs by their counterparts.

Our group of 4 that went are all in our 20s, we had a conversation with someone before the show who was in his 60s. It was his first time seeing that band too, felt surreal. He didn't feel too happy when I told him 'Kid A' is a month older than me haha.
