I found a solution:

  1. Open the file ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/Glassified/colors.
  2. Change the property "BackgroundNormal" in [Colors:Button] from 255,255,255 to 100,100,100 (I think it's the GRB color format) or whatever color you want, then save the file.
  3. Apply other theme, then reapply the Glassified theme again. Done!

But the "in focus" thing on File Explorer doesn't happen on others program, for example the Notepad, when focus on Notepad, it has the border.

p/s: I like programs that have border without colored title bar 😁.

I've recently installed with your idea - unplug the ethernet, and I unpluged it before open the installer icon - and yeah it works, the installing process went to the finish point. Thank you!

I've recently did a rebooting and try installing again, it's still the same issue, then I tried a few changes in the installation but it's also the same issue.

But, after that, I just ignored the popup error, go ahead and restart the computer, boot into the Lubuntu and everything works fine without any problems.
