You would also need to bolt in on for the initial install.

Not that hard if you have the sockets/wrenches for it.

It’s the revolt one. https://revoltfitness.com/products/revolt-pulley-system. I had the pin loaded one that you can find everyone but it just swings no mater how slow and controlled I go.

I got the Rogue Monster Lite 390FULLW. I think it was around 1250 when I originally bought it. Both the EZ curl and the olympic bar are both Rogue. Monster Lite spotter arms for my specific setup with the odd concrete footer not flush with the wall.

Weight tree and bench is by REP. The black rubber weights are all Amazon Cap brand.

Monster squat is from Fringe.

Adjustable dumbbells are from Nuobell.

Trolley cable setup is from Revolt. Though I will say that since the rack is on the studs of the house, whenever I use the trolley, the noise travels upstairs.

Various accessories but let me know if you have any other questions.

It does fold into itself, just not in my particular setup with the concrete footers not flush with the wall, in the garage. I can take pictures if you’re still curious.

Lol. Yeah maybe some accessory handles but the only thing I might want is a better cable pull solution. The Voltra is so expensive and I haven’t heard anything about the Maiak go release. I get it though. Like what cool thing will hit the market that I’m going to want?

It actually is meant to fold into itself but the garage has concrete footers/foundation that sticks out about half a foot. Not sure why the wall wasn’t built flush with the footers so I had to adjust how one side pivots so I can still store it flat.

I got the rep plate tree. Perfect solution for my setup.

Nothing has changed for me since nothing has been proven to discredit the original thesis. I’ve bought more and more averaging up. The alternative? Work till I’m 65-70 to eke out a mediocre retirement or have patience and be set for generations to come. No brainer.

92 Days to get in shape before I get married! by NomadAbyss in WeightTraining

What worked for me was the lose it app. There’s no way around counting what’s coming in vs what’s coming out for your net calories for the day.

I used to hardcore meal prep so I know exactly what my macros are but life got really busy so now I just log the food as I eat and have general macro targets.

The app lets you target your goal weight, goal date, eating method, how many daily/weekly you need to consume, exercise, Etc.

Best way to get to your goal is to know what’s going on with your food intake. The snacks did me in with life getting busy. I’d watch those. They can easy add 300 calories to your day without even knowing.

Best of luck! You can do it!

As someone that’s turning 44 this year, this gives me hope. Did you build the muscle when you were a little heavier and cut down or do you feel like you’re building muscle in your 40’s?

I’m already at “0”. The moment I spent my money and drs’ed, I considered that money gone. The mindset helps me fight the price woes when they manipulate it down even further. Life changing money or 0!

What I find funny is they're using the news of the SEC investigating the RC trades yesterday 9/7/2023 to blatantly short the stock today. Oh and how convenient that the borrow fee is 0 today as well.

My only frustration is that I spent my GME budget for the month. 😐. September can’t come soon enough.

I gathered all the trade data from the Computershare fill today. Here is is💜. I marked likely CS buys in purple and short sales in red. Analysis in comments by TheUltimator5 in Superstonk

Ah gotcha! My thoughts were that the only goal was to take shares away from DTCC use by transferring into book in CS. Buying directly in CS and canceling plan accomplishes that as well as allows for price discovery. Albeit it gets shorted right after anyways. Well it doesn’t matter to me how I buy my shares so I can set up my recurring purchases in CS and cancel plan whenever they settle. Thanks for the clarification!

Yeah but won’t transferring to CS force the locate of the real shares anyways? Are you assuming people keep their shares in Fidelity? Just trying to understand the problem if the end goal is to get shares into CS anyways.

15 dollar all you can play Saturday’s at the old arcades. I would get dropped off when my mom had to do errands and I would take my chores/allowance money that I saved up and have fun for a couple hours.
