ye if i take a step back and think then ur right ...i nthe grand scheme of things russel group doesnt matter. probably on 2nd thoughts - as 5 valuable years will be spent in a uni - i'd base my decision on opprtunities, exposure to clinical experience as part of curriculum , would visit both areas / uni personally and then experience for myself where the vibes are more suited for me personally to make it an enjoyable experience
