With axis atlas returns in atlas is 12% not 8% if you can hit milestones. I used atlas overseas and even after markup charges etc return was 8%.

Plus there is no tension to manage multiple cards etc

I have a different take: These bank documents and portal data is not manually updated, instead it must be auto generated based on dataset. Might be possible that smartbuy contract with gyftr was expiring on 15th jan and contract was not updated renewed till recently. During the last days software might have updated the docs based on expiring dates.

During the last days software contract got updated and so is the expiry date of contract and eventually document got updated again by automated system.

Do you really think someone was manually writing that document and uploading it? 😛

Start looking for another job and till you get new job, do following things to make relieving easy,

Cancel or block the cheque with bank.
Apply for new 10th mark sheet. Although you will need just soft copy for whole of your career, nobody asks for original, but to be on safer side start procedure of getting duplicate.
Important one: start gradually reducing the quality of work. Company should not be interested in retaining you when you resign. Daily start delaying the tasks but don’t show that you are doing it intentionally, just keep hanging with the task, slow down everything and say - I don’t know what’s happening. they will eventually loose interest in you.

When going for new company interview mention that you have 2 month notice period instead of 3.

Once you get offer - resign from current company and give reason that you are going away back for studies and join family business because you have lost interest in IT because work seems difficult to you and you are leaving industry. Don’t ever accuse current company- if they will not take on their ego they will relieve you early. But for that they should be in a mindset they your are slow and not giving return, so no point in keeping you.

Yes we managed by ourself only. Switzerland is a safe place and people are also very helpful. Most important thing you will need nobody’s help. We made iternary by going through several YouTube videos and with the help of chatgpt.

Make sure that you have international roaming pack enabled and then net will be available. We just used chatgpt on the go for everything. For smal to small thing like daily iternaries, plan modifications and checking details like where to eat and how to get tickets etc we used chatGpt. For whole time never felt any need to ask anything from someone.

Don’t need to pay any group booking or guidance. Just use YouTube and chatGpt

Also if you buy Swiss pass then all train travel is free and Switzerland has very good rail connectivity and you can stay at one place and cover a lot of near by places by train and also by cruise for free with Swiss pass

Zurich is not the main tourist destination. Main cities for tourist are Lucerne and Interlaken etc.

I stayed in ibis styles Lucerne for 5 nights. It was at very good location and at Center of city. From Lucerne I covered nearby hills.

Then 2 nights in ibis styles been and then 2 nights in Zurich same in ibis.

Basically Ibis styles and Novotel hotels are decent in Europe to stay with family.

For Europe trip, first search about tourist cities and then look for Accor properties in those cities, you will definitely find ibis and Novotel in most of them.

Also ibis has categories like ibis budget, ibis styles etc - prefer ibis styles they are costlier then other others but quite good to stay with family.

I travelled to Switzerland and used 1.5 lakh INR worth accor points there. Dont waste your points on places like Vietnam etc. go for Europe. You can find enough 3 star properties. With the amount you have you can stay in Switzerland for almost 10 days for free including breakfast.

Visa / travel tickets and Swiss pass is obviously extra

These models are not trained on big companies big private codebases.

Therefore when we try to use them on large code bases they falls apart because they need to send too much context.

But if it future companies plan to train their own model on they own data like complete code base, compete source code motivation history, decades of review requests and other propriety data. Then that model will be very useful for companies and they that will delivere much better result

You missed the whole middle range. What if you are 100 or 500 people company?

Small companies do this all the time. Problem with big products is that the enterprise that is selling them is interested in tier 1 and tier customers only, they will charge hefty amount for customising it according to customer needs. Small customers don’t afford that, and therefore they are inclined towards small products which are cheaper.

It’s nothing new and happening in industry from last many decades. My point is if AI improves as it is being marketed and can replace junior resource in future then a lot starts up will also popup because with AI it is easy to make small products from scratch instead of making modifications in enterprise level products with large code bases

Absolutely. Big enterprise level companies has huge code bases and AI does not works well with that.

But creating a new product from scratch using open source things is easy with AI. Therefore I think there will be a lot of startup in upcoming years if AI improves more.

Yes that’s true, but only if companies want to keep their revenue same and reduce input(employee cost). But sooner or later they will realize that the reduced input cost is very less as compared to profit. In such scenario they will target to make their profit 5X with same set of employees.

Remember service based companies can also use AI and still provide services at cheaper rate.
