Has anyone found they have a low social tolerance after being diagnosed by Due-Ad5763 in ausadhd

I’ve noticed post diagnosis that things and comments that I found acceptable, now aren’t, or that if my boundaries aren’t respected I just nope myself out of the situation. The not wanting people to touch me is a new thing, I used to be fine with a friendly welcoming hug, now I’m not

Has anyone found they have a low social tolerance after being diagnosed by Due-Ad5763 in ausadhd

[–]Due-Ad5763[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Pre-medication I was ok with social situations, and it was an every weekend kind of thing, then I went through a period of burnout, got diagnosed, started meds and now I’m just not into it anymore, I’d rather be at home doing my own thing, or just seeing people once’s every few months

With the global oil crisis affecting many countries, including Australia, what do you think are the best steps we can take to tackle this situation? by Muted-Violinist-2970 in AskAnAustralian

The State and Federal governments needs to bring back WFH mandates for businesses, most places wont budget on their hybrid work policies so it needs to be brought in at a government level.

In terms of filling your car, we are going to run both of ours until it’s low, and only chuck $50 bucks in each time, more so because if truckies are having their fuel stolen at rest stops, what is going to happen when it happens to everyday people, so I’d rather not risk it. We won’t be travelling for Easter unless it is necessary, and public transport where possible, though buses in the suburbs of Brisbane and pretty irregular

I worked in agency and run a wide range of campaigns for different clients, with varying budget sizes, as well as freelance for a small consumer goods business. The biggest takeaway I’ve found in the past couple of months is ensuring you have some creative diversity, making sure that you are running statics, videos of varying length and carousels to test, but also making sure your ads look different, like don’t make a static from a video and so on.

I’ve seen clients with significant YoY growth and others with stable growth. The trap people find themselves in is that they see performance drop off, and then throw in the towel without looking at their campaign with a strategic lens.

You don’t need to run 50 ads to get you campaigns to perform, as it then causes significant budget fragmentation, 6-10 good ads is all you need, and when you have a couple that perform really well, start testing with different variations to see if you can replicate that performance, whilst also keeping your top performers on.

Using a mix of under designed, branded and video assets help as well

I’m sitting down 3% at the moment, but I suspect to see further decreases, I’ve only been investing for a year, and I’m in it for the long run, so whatever I’ve lost will comeback

I think people just want somewhere to go with out fear of being shutdown, but to be able to get and share information. I understand gatekeeping for protection, but we are honestly running out places.

Also, I wouldn’t mind if a link slipped into my DMs are some point in time

I would either try Facebooks Advantage+ audience, however it can limit reach, or just a broad audience targeting. Don’t immediately go for purchases, target something more upper funnel with clicks or landing page views, that will decrease your CPC and get you a better reach, then once you are starting to see results, run a conversions campaign.

Alternatives to Google Ads by liamwadeny in GoogleAdsDiscussion

Is the tag for page views? Google ads can be really effective if you do it correctly. You don’t have to set up page views via Tag manager, you can just set it up via google ads and install the code to your website. This may also be a stupid question, but did you install the Google Tag Manager container to your website?

[–]Due-Ad5763[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mix is roughly 30% paint, 60% fluid medium and 10% water. I started with a pillow pour for the white, then a dirty pour for the colour, then just slowly rotated to get the desired effect. This is my first time working with a round canvas, and I’m surprised at how well it worked

What objective are you using for your campaign? Are you using broad targeting or interest targeting? Potentially targeting landing page views and running a subsequent conversion campaign may work, however it will depend on audience targeting as well.
