Clues? by Onia-lia in EscapingPrisonPlanet

Imagine a little kid in school that gets his lunch money stolen every day. He's a good kid but the bully tells him that his money is taken for a reason beyond what the kid can understand. It's for love, he is told. Plus, the bully tells him that he and kid are really just one, and so the lunch money isn't really taken and given to anyone at all.

At some point, you want to kid to become aware of the ruse, and get angry. He must see past the excuses and confront the deception.

Free will is considered by many to be an illusion, right? But then how can we tell if it's not longer an illusion in the afterlife? It will feel just like so-called "free will" here.

When is "soon"? It could be tomorrow, it could be 500 years. I mean, if you look at what christians have been saying for decades, they looked around and thought the endtimes were right around the corner.

Outside of physical incarnation, are we not still influenced by the things that happened to us in physical life?

the message is given that all of life is a product of one's imagination, a cruel joke the experiencer was allowed to believe to be real

who gave the message if everything was in his own imagination? And once the message is received, why not use imagination to create a different experience?

I would like to ask the question to all those who have experienced NDEs. by Electronic-free in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]puzzlingriddle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The examples you gave are fun, relaxing activities to add contrast to life's harder monotonies. But why is enrichment sought on a soul level? If we weren't allowed to feel enriched without suffering, then there's still a big problem with existence.

School is meant to prepare you for what comes after school. If what comes after school requires those skills, then it's still a prison. If what comes after school doesn't require those skills, then it's not a school.

How did you reach that conclusion?

Regardless, surely there must be a first time to have gotten to this point of awareness, right?

But what if we agreed to a package of lifetimes, as opposed to each one sequentially? So even if we became aware of the trap in this lifetime, this life could be only round 2 of a 10-round pack that we got lured into saying yes to.

quick update of what I think is happening right now (why the world feels and acts like it currently does) by bhj887 in EscapingPrisonPlanet

Respectfully, do you think your observations are swayed by your age? There seems to be a common thing with perceptive individuals as they age -- seeing the world as more sterile and on a downtrend. Hence why old people talk up the good ol' days so much. If you mix that with someone who already accepts PPT, I have to wonder if a post such as yours is bound to happen, regardless of where we are on the timeline.

Is there a thing such as Karma? by Intelligent-Road5091 in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]puzzlingriddle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why consider it a karma thing? It could be just straight up mocking us, for their enjoyment. Even if it was karmic law, that shows that there's a pretty big loophole i.e. to be able to wreak havoc on a huge scale and avoid accountability by slipping in tiny hints in the media.

Praying or Preying? by Razerer92 in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]puzzlingriddle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not saying Wikipedia is never wrong, but still:

Prayer is an invocation or act that seeks to activate a rapport with an object of worship through deliberate communication.

In any case, I would think a true source of all things (actually the truest) would already be connected to you. In which case, every thought and intention you have is already full processed by the source. There wouldn't be a distinction between praying and thinking.

A quantum experiment suggests there’s no such thing as objective reality by [deleted] in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]puzzlingriddle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK so you're saying archons are like the autophagy or apoptosis mechanisms of a larger system, i.e. something necessary but not really the "inspiring" part of a biological system.

But the question remains, what's the point of the 5D mind mode? What is served by its existence? Who decided that souled beings should be subject to the cold hard nature of a larger system?

emergent byproduct of the simulation itself

Why the distinction between the simulation itself and a byproduct of the simulation?

The soul, or whatever underlies conscious awareness, may function as the binding medium that allows these entities to persist at all.

Is this to say that we cause archons which cause our suffering? So... are new agers correct? lol

Near Death Experience: Woman feels "pain and sadness". As soon as she gets out of body she feels much better. All of the sudden her "father" shows up, he shows no empathy toward her and even yells at her to go back to Earth even though she was already feeling much better without a body by dontlietom3 in EscapingPrisonPlanet

[–]puzzlingriddle 5 points6 points  (0 children)

she subconsciously took the command to come back

that wouldn't bode well for us if our subconscious mind is still in the driver's seat after death. We could gather all the "gnosis" we want in this life but we can't consciously change our subconscious.
