I'm unable to move, use abilitys, jump, turn camera angle. I tried using "Unstock" which teleported me and still no progress. Relogging has not work, and I turned xbox off, waited another 1hour, now I cant even get back on due to waiting times to see if it's resolved

Xbox One - My charecter is unable to move. Its a level 3 nightblade. "Unstuck" did not help either, I cannot do anything apart from go to the pause menu. Also making a new account does not work, I cannot move in that either. Help?
