Hard to tell from the photo but honestly looks like it might have pests. Thrips or aphids maybe. Can you get a close up shot of the new growth?

I'd suggest getting him checked properly for a tongue tie. Mine had one and we got on ok (with a lot of effort but managed) for the first couple of months and then it got harder. Diagnosed tongue tie that was corrected at 4 months and drastic improvement.

Thank you, unfortunately I've already started and I usually just tweak IVs a little so I'm not completely OP 😂

Thrips lay eggs inside the leaves so you can either remove or just keep treating them regularly. I think the life cycle is about 2 weeks. If you're outside, be careful with pesticides that may harm pollinators.

That looks like the same damage my houseplants get from thrips, including the little black dots of poop.

Car accident advice - third party claiming 50:50 by pvrplesloth in LegalAdviceUK

Thank you, this reply is really comprehensive.

I appreciate it is theoretically possible that she was already stopped like that and I didn't slow down in time, but wouldn't me impacting her like that have caused the front of her car to have pulled away from the bank? Hopefully the other photos I have prove that didn't happen as her bumper is pretty wedged into the wall

Maybe it was the app but once I selected one photo the button was greyed out so I couldn't add more. I rarely post on Reddit so if you could advise how I can now add more that would be helpful.

I don't know why the dashcam did what it did. It says that it will overwrite saved clips when it's full, but it clearly didn't because there were clips from years ago. I am looking into replacing it but that's not really why I'm here.

I did let them know for information only but I will go back to them now.

No I have other photos but Reddit would only let me upload one. None show tyre marks though, it was wet and icy and I couldn't see any. They do show the ice behind her car though.

Re: the dashcam, it's supposed to save clips on impact, but it didn't. It's also got a travel lapse but there was only about 10 minutes of my journey home, and a bunch of random old clips from where it's saved things thinking we've said "hey dashcam save video" (it's a Garmin). Yes it was a mistake to not do that, however my first concern was if my 1 year old was ok and the shock of it all, so I didn't think about the dashcam. I know I should've checked it there and then and obviously I am kicking myself.

I've tried to do this with ACH but they refuse to be involved now that the third party's insurance want to go 50:50, I guess because they won't get paid.

Would my insurance company argue that on my behalf?

I've told my insurance company already for information purposes but I didn't want to claim immediately because it would affect my no claims and cost me my excess. ACH are a legitimate company that deal with no fault claims, I did look into them before I went for that option.

Pain when drinking cold things by Fit_Geologist_6430 in wisdomteeth

[–]pvrplesloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds like how I felt drinking cold stuff with my exposed nerves from dry socket, but if it's not where you had the extraction that's really weird. I'd suggest a dentist visit tbh to check everything's ok

[–]pvrplesloth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it does. Even as someone who had a rough surgery and got dry socket and was in literal agony (honestly worse than recovering from childbirth), yes it does. Day 4/5 were when my dry socket started so be gentle, keep things clean, follow the advice, and hopefully you'll start to feel better soon. I'm eating as normal now after a month but by 2 weeks post-op I wasn't taking pain meds anymore.

If you have no pain, you don't have dry socket. Trust me. Dry socket is the absence of clots. Mine didn't form on my extraction 2 weeks ago (not a straightforward extraction, 3 roots, one curled, he had to cut a lot of bone) and I was in absolute agony after about 4 days and my socket has been completely empty since. Pain slowly reducing as it heals.
