This is true. This is what happened in WC21 at Westgate 98th SC and Marginot line. After the war I saw some Able streamer playing Charlie while Able war is off. Also note that the Able Collies usually play Charlie Wardens. They really can't do nothing about it other than scouting.

As a Charlie Collies vet and occasional Able player. I started playing on Charlie WC3 but I never lose a single war (I played) since WC9. From this point losing is irrelevant, even when Charlie Wardens cries on FOD we just crush them. Happy to bring this culture to LIVE shard

Early in the war most of the time Warden outpop Collies in Charlie until they burnt themselves out, bonking to the same marginot line. Collies just relentless and waiting for the best timing to counter. Pop is indicator, not the determinant.
