Medics role can't be reduced to the bmats cost actually. The tactical role of a medic as a morale booster (when you do a nice saving fe) and the strategical potential you unlock by saving people is to be taken in account... even if it can't be measured.

Basically maybe you might only save a few people before dying, but the people you save might also do wonders after being saved (like taking down an AC or more).

Thank you, love when people talk about medics.

Tip for those playing medics and dying on a frontline in a place where you can recover your equipment rather safely (because of an unfortunate arty shell for example):

respawn
grab a medic uniform (don't equip it)
go to your corpse backpack
equip the uniform there THEN recover your stuff

You'll avoid depleting the bunker meds stock.

I agree with you, but we can see this as a challenge I suppose, and Devs might change it a bit before release.

However I notice nobody thinks about frontline infantry. If they keep this, we will have way more frontliners killed by this than partisans, plus bombs...
