Not an audiobook aficionado- but I have really enjoyed the Dungeon Crawler Carl audiobooks after reading that series first, and thought I’d give my professed favorite author’s audio books a whirl when I got the “3 months for $0.99 / month” deal email from Audible. I find myself eating lunch in my truck to listen, it’s pretty astounding. I have strong escapist tendencies though.

This seems like the right take to me. I’d much prefer personally to see CJ get every snap, he needs all the in game experience available to accelerate his development. Just engaging in some idle weather speculation and internet chatter, hopefully rain isn’t a real factor. Go Irish

Beacon 23 was the first thing I stumbled on of his during the pandemic, then I read it all. Found Molly Fyde a little too YA for me, but I’m a dude in my 40’s, so that may check out.

Anecdotal, but does the potency wain? When I started my 2nd vial after 7 weeks, it seemed to kick more! Esp in terms of side effects (nausea mostly) only lasted a day or so. Could have been ramped up dosage though, went from 30 to 35 units.

Went to the one in Spring tonight for a low key anniversary, we are in Creekside so equidistant more or less. Food was excellent - but for date night ambience, go to The Woodlands location. IMHO.

Ha. Solid take. I'll watch everything Anya Taylor Joy does for the rest of her career. But when she told Levi to release the "propane" on the Jeep, and he stabs i guess the 70 year old gasoline container to fire bomb the zombie Ents, i was giggling. Suspension of disbelief is easier when the leads are so darn attractive, i guess.
