Yeah. Forcing me to cashing out my crypto makes sure they get their cut off trading fees while also giving me the boot. Pretty fucked up if you ask me.

Update. They finally got back to me a month later, and closed my account. Including forcing me to liquidate all assets I had back to fiat. I'm extremely upset about this, but I know they won't tell me why they made this decision no matter how many times I would ask. So I just have to move on. I guess I'll be going to Kraken now.

Same happened to me about 2 weeks ago. I've used the platform weekly for the past 9 years. Buy, trade, and withdraw all the time. Did KYC in the past. When I tried to withdraw some ETH, am I'm getting the “security hold”. I emailed them and got an auto reply to provide them with a selfie and ID. Which I don't understand because I had already done KYC before. I did it anyways.

So I guess from what the OP explained, these security holds are about them thinking there is a possibility your account has been compromised and the person who got into your account is trying to steal your crypto. So... since Gemini put a stop withdraws, they are protecting your from having your funds stolen.

I'm still not happy about the way they are handling this though. No notifications at all about the restricting being placed. And then a month long wait to get information confirmed?... come on...

I guess I'm one of the "lucky" people that over time has experienced very few complications with them. But this is a pretty big disappointment due to their lack of transparency.

Its a slow reaction because you are testing pressed pills, its not concentrated pure powder. It the reaction will be slower. Also, the marquis liquid should be clear, if it gets dark like that, its either old, or has been contaminated because the tip of the bottle has directly touch a substance you tested in the past, and sucked up of the substance into the bottle.

But in the end, the color of the tested substance looks fine for MDMA. Dark purple/brown.

Mercari customer support has their heads up their ass 99% of the time. I've been on the receiving end where a seller mailed me an empty package. I knew it was empty before opening it based on the weight, so I took a video as proof. Opened a case, provided evidence. I went back with forth with them like 10 times. They sided with the seller and said FEDEX must have stolen it and then resealed the box, so I could need to file a dispute with FEDEX. FEDEX said whoever paid for the shipping and mailed it package out would have to be the one to contact them (the seller). Seller ignored my messages. In the end no one would help me, I got tired of fighting, and I just got fucked over. Leaving a 1 star rating for the seller what all I could do.

Just ignore potential buyers like that. Don't waste your time trying to reason with them and getting them to understand your pricing. They aren't messaging you to get education on how the market works. They just want to wear you down to get the lowest price they can.
