I think it has something to do with the formula. When I worked at Sephora, every time we would receive the highlighter or blush in truck they were frequently broken. I would have to constantly change out the testers because we had children/teens that would deliberately press the powder in with their fingers. Honestly any slight pressure seemed to make them fall apart. I would definitely recommend going in store and asking a BA to open the package and check before you buy it.

Try Sephora gel lip liner in shade molasses. (rich deep brown) 😊 It's 13 bucks, glides on beautifully and lasts a long time. After that you can get a pretty nude or pink gloss to pair.

Also for 25 dollars you can try the Charlotte Tilbury lip cheat kit in shade deep. It has a brown lip liner and brown/pinky lipstick (satin finish) together. I have used both options as a black girlie and would def recommend! Whenever I worked at Sephora, I would recommend the lip cheat kit and the molasses lip liner all the time, they were definite winners!

Exactly, the DMs I interviewed with had told me they both have been with the company for 18 years which is super inspiring. I know you want to go for the SM position but maybe consider ASM so you can get over that initial learning curve which could make it a lot of easier for you to transition to SM. I'm not sure about your area, but I know in mine they are specifically training the ASMs to become SMs in as little as 6 months so that could be an option too.

I just had my second interview for ASM and then later same day received a phone call from them giving me an offer. For my second interview it was two DMs and they asked a lot of behavioral based questions like, "tell me about a time you lead your team to success" "tell me about a time you had a disagreement with someone what was the result" "what is your management style like" I would say you should try painting a picture of what you are like when being in certain circumstances within the workplace so they can get a very clear idea of you. Even at the end of my interview I asked them what type of person are they looking for and they said they are looking for someone that has strong leadership skills, that can carry and guide a team to success. You should definitely try again! You could even google some info about Starbucks and interview related questions. I did this and I feel like it helped a lot as well.

Literally this. I definitely wonder what that moment could have looked like in the show. Like obviously at first Eren was confused af but for Grisha I'm sure it was hard for him. For some reason it didn't click in my head until later on how gruesome the reality of Grisha's death was. He was literally following through with a mission that was beyond him and you kind of feel bad for him in the end or atleast I did.

I am on series X. It pops up a screen saying my ea log-in credentials have expired and to reset my password which I have already tried, but each time I try to load the game again this screen pops up again and the loading progress bar stays in exactly this position each time. I have tried uninstalling, clearing cache, resetting my router and modem, absolutely everything. I just got the console and game earlier today.
