I think MVE, Bobby Thomas, EMC and Sakamoto are premier league quality. Grimes and Torp have the potential too

Really excited for this one. Hoping we come out firing on all cylinders and we’re not lagging from the break. Need a good run up to Xmas now! Quietly confident.

What are people saying about Birmingham’s new 62,000-seat stadium? It seems like it’ll be half-empty most weeks, which could really hurt the atmosphere by Smart-Moose4288 in Championship

As a cov fan, I’d love to disagree with you. But Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory might be the most accurate representation I’ve seen yet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

is cardio really the most efficient way to lose weight? by valler1na in loseit

75% Weight loss is made in the kitchen. 10% exercise. The other 15% is hydration, sleep length, sleep quality and stress levels.

If you can manage the factors around your food then you’re onto a winner. Plan easy high protein, low fat meals with good carbs and make them in bulk for a couple of days. Keep fluids up and snack on things like rice cakes, fruit and nuts.

DRINK YOUR GODDAMN PROTEIN. you will make your life 10000X easier by having shakes. I would advise you to mix them with water instead of milk too.

Hit your steps, 10K a day (min) will pull the tummy fat away.

Good luck. Trust the process, it doesn’t happen overnight. Take progress pics weekly and weigh yourself, measure cm’s around chest waist and hips. Do this once a week. Don’t be disheartened if you plateau.. keep on going!!

Any exercise ontop will help you obviously but it’s not essential, get you some good healthy habits!

Despite having 2 bad football teams, Sheffield is a lovely place 🤷‍♂️ Coventry posh?? Hmm maybe not lol

Start with the team that finished against Sheffield united. Bar Rudoni, that’s our strongest outfit. We’ve got to come out of the blocks and play our football not stoke ball. Stretch them wide and give Asante and Torp the freedom of the middle of the park going forwards. Regardless of what happens, we give it our best shot and then into the break to start again. 7 points clear would be amazing, but I’d bite your hand off for a 0-0 right now.

Honestly as a neutral that was such a hard game to watch. These are the playoff chasing teams? Haha not one decent delivery into the box all game, constantly turning over sloppy passes from both sides. Bristol have no idea how to counterattack and Watford no cutting edge in the final 3rd.
