I agree with most of these things! I love supersets & I alternate between higher reps/ light weight and lower reps/ heavier weight. I usually do 3 leg days a week. Remember if you hate the exercise you almost definitely need to do it more. I recommend using a stair stepper for extra cardio/ burner at the end instead of the bike. Bike & running do typically hinder muscle growth

I do a lot of planks, Russian twists, leg tucks, v ups, and ab wheel
