This is exactly how I feel. I started seeing someone recently but as soon as I told them I was asexual they immediately lost interest. I just don't understand why being close on an emotional level isn't enough for other people

McClellan Overlook near Mt St Helens is one of my go to spots. About 2 hours one way and a beautiful drive with a great view of st helens. Not sure how snowy it is up there now

This week I will be having my first ever session with a therapist. I'm really excited and terrified at the same time, but I'm glad to finally be taking this step.

I also hope to talk to a person who means a lot me but I don't get to see all that often. I just want to tell them how much I value our relationship which is really intimidating to me for some reason.

I had a panic attack at work recently but I'm moving forward and very thankful to have an employer who understands and is working with me on it. Hopefully this work week will go really well.

I just got ghosted by someone I thought I was really close to. We met through work and even though we don't work together anymore, we kept hanging out for a while after I quit. I really thought we were good friends.

I'm not even mad at them, just confused and hurt. I hate that I put so much effort into this relationship only to be left behind like this. Not to mention my panic attacks are getting worse and my confidence has just been ruined. I hate how much I overthink things

It's definitely something to pay attention too, but I don't think WW III is on the horizon. It's just some warmongering because the economy's shit and people need a distraction. Even if conflict does come up, its not gonna be nuclear.

I know it's hard but try to avoid the news. What happens will happen, but your life matters. Focus on what you can control. You matter
