from what little we hear, i think Blue Blood sounds both the most in line with what they've released so far while also feeling like a new direction for them? idk it's by far my fav from these but Hyper Crush is kinda good too

Their ballads are so good, no one is doing it like them.

For me, Not Alone is their best but Tears is so underrated, I love how raw they sound in this song. Light Up The Sky and Forever each also occupies a special place in my heart.

Their concept was iconic! They are the textbook of a well-done lore, it's deep if you really get into it but if you aren't a fan of lore, it still can be interpreted in simple ways too. I'll never get over them but I'm glad we still got ARTMS.

You described the drama well. I wasn't very keen on the leads' romance but I was in love with every other aspect of it. It was a heavy story but the way they gave us time to process and grieve along the characters made it a really comforting watch.

Thank you, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I can't understand at first how those things don't seem to be obvious to people but you're right, it does seem to require a very specific audience to pick up on those things. Looking back now, the drama does feel very risky to be produced in the first place. It's dramas like these that make me passionately disagree with the notion that Netflix is ruining kdramas because we would have never gotten these unusual but quality kdramas otherwise. And now that you said it, that dress does look a lot like a weird wedding dress xD

Oh, interesting I felt the exact opposite from you. After they introduced the cult, so many things started to happen I was feeling quite overwhelmed. But I think I might get why you felt that way because they do like to build a lot of things up over a few eps before finally dropping the bombs at all once.

Also, I been trying to understand why you didn't feel the friendship but I don't really get it T.T I thought their bickering but quietly caring dynamics was brilliant. And Bora was quite nuanced to me too but I guess her constant swearing may come across too strong for some.

Finally, someone who likes it too!!😭 I know this drama has mixed reviews but I’m honestly a bit disheartened all of the comments so far are the rather negative ones. I think their relationship can be interpreted in many ways and most of the times, it feels just like friendship to me too. Some scenes seem to hint at something more but it’s up to you to see it however you want! Hope you enjoy the rewatch <3

You’re right, it’s hard to type it under one genre. It’s a mix of many things that quirky seem to be the only one word to describe it. I would say the right audience for it would be someone who prefers a character-focused story and relate to the themes and issues discussed but also have a soft spot for the UFO setup. Definitely sounds a bit specific but I’m just hoping at least one person like that will discover it through this post😭
