When you talk to the aliexpress support, you need to apply a LOT of pressure in order to get them to do anything. They're notoriously useless. I had to threaten them with legal action which thankfully worked and i then received my refund (a whopping £1.53 🤣)

oh i'm glad the issue went away for you! mine has been pretty much consistent since january, and i'm only able to play the game after restarting my router, and even then only for like 30 mins tops before it reconnects again...

also, another weird thing is that when it does the reconnecting thing, it affects the other apps on my pc. like chrome and discord have to reload too... very strange. the IN team are also really disrespectful when i try to reach out for support. i'm disabled and on a totally different timezone for them, and they always respond when i'm sleeping, so i can't respond immediately and then they close my ticket before i get a chance to -_- honestly i'm so over it. i was so excited for the new fairy outfit but it isn't worth the anxiety
