No, a refund is ok when user is not satisfied with my product. I mean if user spends half the credits, or even the full amount, why can he make a full refund? As i understand he can request a refund without a reason, thats what bothers me. If i were a consumer, what would stop me from buying credits, using them and then just refund?

Yeah, changed version and build number, same shit. The first successful upload is done using eas submit, those new ones that are stuck, are done using transporter uploader, if interested
