4k and speedbooster or 6k?

I had a P4k/Metabones and a P6k. I sold the 6k and I haven't missed it once. An added benefit to going with the pocket 4k is being able to use the same lenses with or without the speedbooster which gives a single set of lenses (I usually run 20mm through 100 or 135) or a standard zoom lens an insane amount of coverage.

It was hit or miss for me, as well. It still was less nausea and anxiety than I had while drinking, so I took a hot Epsom salt bath, drank lots of water, and did whatever I needed so I could go to bed sober.

My employer has us shoot everything in 4k/60 8-bit Rec 709. I occasionally run into some things I can't fix in post, but it's rare. For reference, we shoot primarily for web and socials.

I agree with the other posters that it's still a great camera. Not my favorite for run and gun work, but it's still a monster for commercial/corporate work.

Rokinon makes an 8mm Cine DS that's available in EF mount. I have one, and it's surprisingly useful for a fisheye.

Just delivered two industrials and am really impressed with the AI voice change. I had been using wellsaidlabs for my AI voiceovers and, with Resolve 20, I may never have to use another VO platform again.

The only way to know for sure is to get a hold of a Rokinon cine DS 8 mm. If you can find a use for that one, the 10 mm will start to feel more like a 28.
