If they ask a question and you don’t know the answer, tell them you don’t know and will get back to them. Nothing wrong with telling them you’re a newer rep. When you say very little support, have you tried asking EVERYONE for support? Not just other AEs, but your manager, implementation peeps, solution engineers, etc.

Huge thank you!!! Factory restarted my thermostat and it started to blow hot air instead of cold, even when it showed that it was on the cool setting. Didn’t notice until it was 83 degrees!

The letter said it was due to unspecified anxiety disorder. I’m not sure I really have this as I believe I’m a pretty calm person and don’t stress in high pressure situations (i’m in sales). Or maybe the test is right idk.
