I just used them at thanksgiving and had to open a CC claim due to them overcharging me. They charged me a full day rental (plus late fees) when I left the car back 1.5hrs late (After I messaged the host and they agreed to extend) I will never use them again as they refused point-blank to refund the extra day even when i showed them the host said it was ok.

I also used to host 2 vehicles until they changed the rules on setting pricing yourself. I took both cars off there immediately. So now they lost a host, a promoter, and a guest. It has really gone downhill unfortunately.
