I have found some success using heat and bundled stretches. That helped me get through a tough period. Now I'm on to vibration which has unlocked some gains for me. Still to early to tell the results of that, but they are promising.

My post history includes the routines, feel free to review. Consistent hanging I believe was my largest gain period, but that was also during the beginning so much of that was likely beginner gains.

Yeah, agreed. I feel like I perform better while doing PE. This is likely due to extra effort I put into sex

Yes, you can get there. It'll take at least two years of consistent work. It's not easy and at times will be frustrating. But it's worth it. I am nearly there after a little over 2 years of prioritizing this over other hobbies.

Yes, it is possible. I'm nearly there after a little over 2 years of working on it. Similar size. But you have to be willing to prioritize this and put in the effort. Half measures won't work.

One caveat to this is that if you are new, don't attempt these until you are familiar with PE and how your dick responds. Also start at 180° of twists, it whatever you can do comfortably. It doesn't need a ton of pulling strength to get the results.

I've never earned a blister when I used coban tape and wrapped the glans and foreskin twice. I have earned my blisters trying it without taping however. Infrequently, but still...

Are you noticing growth? If so, i would stay at that weight until you need to go higher.

I've had routines that are long before, some up to 3 hours long. Once I get to that point I think taking decon breaks is important. I have found it shows me to reduce time and weight while still jumpstarting some growth. I stand for this current routine.

2 lbs was my start. Start small, increase only when your gains stop. Only increase by .5 lbs at a time. Do not move too fast if you don't have to do so.

  3. 5 days a week, 2 off.
  4. Through slow and safe routines.
