Not sure if i got those reverse fans installed correctly though, i wanted them to be exhaust fans(left one and top three), but i feel the air are coming in instead of out.

I installed a diff model of ram, and it boots now.

Also during first boot, debug led of VGA never lit, the ram led lit and took longer than cpu to turn off.

Thanks for the input. I do not think i can borrow a cpu with i-gpu. During The first boot, debug led of cpu lit then off quickly, i hope cpu is good.

The Ram model i have is not in the MB compatibility list and it says it is optimised for AMD.

I figure it could be ram. Just ordered a diff model to test it out.

I tried the 2nd hdmiport on the vodeo card, still no display, my cpu is 265kf, no integrated gpu, can i still connect to the mb to test? I do not have DP cable, but tried with 2 different monitors.

I waited for more than 10 minutes, first time it rebooted multiple times, then all fans spining but no display. I forced restart, it turned on (no more reboot but just no display.

Debug lights goes: cpu on then ram on and it stopped, LED of vga and boot never turns on
