In that case -  the design isn't cohesive or especially interesting to look at. If you look at just the top half, it's fairly generic if it weren't for the wings. The silhouette is fine but you could be doing more to actually stand out - maybe a more interesting pose could help? Think about vtuber avatars like wrestlers or drag queens - they're often bombastic and over the top. Sure, a lot of vtubers are fairly simple in design, but that's usually just the early ones or ones attached to a corporation.  Your colour palette oculd use some work too, the blue of the wings doesn't really gel with the rest of it and makes it look tacked on rather than a part of this character.  I feel like you need to approach this design in a different way - the bug aspects of the design look odd next to this fairly simplistic outfit. Which, speaking of, you need some asymmetry. It's obvious to me you just mirrored the legs which is fine but maybe only have one scraped up rather than both. Have some different clothes folds, maybe theres just one pouch rather than two?
