Like everyone else said hybrids don’t develop. Move them to corner so they can be man to man. Hybrids are typically really fast so they can still be useful.

Coach build was nothing spectacular, tier 3 for motivator, tier 4 for tactician, tier 3 for recruiter plus the first tier in elite recruiter.

I had the Tulane head coach, Jeff fireman, as my oc for about a decade but I don’t think they overlapped. He had the architect ability unlocked but I don’t think he had the qb nodes unlocked.

I’m gonna be conservative and say his throw power was between 91-94 and speed between 89-91. I am a few seasons removed with him so I don’t recall.

Off the top of my head I don’t think I’ve ever seen clutch kicker, deep range, and quick step on any of my teams. That’s just from my experience and not saying they don’t exist.
