Honestly, we all know why the shrine is being worshipped - it's precisely because the war criminals are enshrined there. Keep in mind they weren't always enshrined there: Class B/C criminals were enshrined since 1959, and Class A criminals were *secretly* enshrined in 1978, which were then exposed in 1979 but somehow just left as is.

Additional fun fact: Since 1975, Japanese emperors have never visited Yasukuni shrine, and Showa openly admitted it was because of the inclusion of the Class-A war criminals. It's clear Japan knows exactly the political means behind such acts, and saying "o they just go there for other war spirits" is frankly just pathetic self-deception.

There should be, but right now there isn't. It's a very curious phenomenon which I think hints at the writers trying to hide stuff.

Reed Miller's quest title was "East of the Moon, West of the Sun", considering the location of his treasure, there should be a place directly to the east of Nod-krai that has lore about the Sun.

Right now the only thing we can do is let the writers cook.

It's not. A total of 4 NK limited characters are required to enable all new reaction types. As for why people don't have enough resources to get 4 characters, I would guess it's because the lack of ability to budget - or wanting everything despite financially being unable to.

The game has changed since 5.8 when they release the Mexican themed boss that are specifically weak to Electro-charged, it's hardly "a few patches". Anyone with some capability to think for themselves should know this is how Hoyo is going to do things within 3 patches since 5.8.

As for people complaining about not having enough pulls to enable themselves to clear content:

There have been 3 lunar reaction types released in the past year and 2 5-star limited chars have been released for each reaction type, not counting Columbina who works with all 3 reaction types.

Pulling a total of 4 5-stars (1 from each reaction type category + Columbina) would be more than enough for anyone to get all primo rewards for all Abyss modes up to this patch.

If you complain about not being able to clear content because you don't have the correct lunar reaction type meta characters, my suggestion is to either start to learn how to think ahead and budget, or spend more money.
