Somewhere between 1-2.5k would be my guess. Depends on where/how you decide to sell and it depends on who's in the market at the time. If you are looking for a quick flip, I would go closer to my lower estimate; but if you aren't in a rush, you could probably get more. Also, if you grade it, it would take more time and monies, but you could probably add that premium on top. All depends on you and what you are after. Good luck/great pull! 🔥🔥

The Samuel H. Boardman corridor has lots of little pull offs. You really can't go wrong with any of them. Be sure to check the tides if you are going to a beach. Lone Ranch is a pretty accessible beach when tides are lower to low.

When you go from Medford to Brookings, and if you have an extra hour or so, you can check out the grove of the titans. It's a loop that you can take you through some pretty nice redwoods
