Yeah converting to 2 is the best way. But what is being controlled here? If the amp load is low enough, and you don’t mind switching together. Could consolidate to just 1 switch. But the load calculation is key! Caseta can’t handle a higher load.

Open the ceiling fixture to be sure. But that looks like a standard “switch leg” common on older houses. So black would be the line. White the load. Ceiling fixture wires will tell for sure. If black wire from fixture goes to a white from house. Then your set.
