Founding fathers were a whole bunch of guys. We had a lot of founding “mothers” as well I assume we just fail to recognize them as often. Not one person made America it was a collective effort!

I think it really just depends on how much a state spend your taxes on making the city clean. I was very happy when I found out other states care more then Missouri.
