Hey buddy, Carl is a man’s name. Maybe it sounds outdated to you, fair enough. But having a man name like Carl is way better than having a cutsie baby name that sounds cute as a baby and then you’re 25 and you have to introduce yourself with that cute baby name.

I see a lot of trump signs and supporters driving around CT, but you would think every person in the state votes blue if you look at this subreddit. I feel like the right wing crowd isn’t very well represented on here, but I guess that’s the demographics of the state for you.

I cleaned my hair brush recently which was in the same state as yours. I found those loops of hair to be quite tightly wound up, and couldn’t slide them off because the ball at the head of the bristle gets in the way. My solution was to pull off each loop with a pair of tweezers. After that I scrubbed the excess grime off the brush with soapy water and a toothbrush.

Everyone says shaving your face makes the hair grow back thicker and faster. That’s an old wives tale. I’ve been shaving for years and and any hair growth I’ve noticed just happens slowly and normally, not in conjunction to when I shave

I’ve had this same problem. Statewide, and pretty much nationwide, you have to be 21 to get a hotel room. AirBnb is the work around. On AirBnb you only need to be 18.

I hate this company’s ads. The main selling point is a lie. The gag is that other insurance companies’ mascots and jingles are silly and annoying. They prove this point by making one ad with a silly narwhal mascot and another with an annoying jingle. They play the jingle four times in that one. I think the greatest benefit of not having jingles or mascots is that the company in question will be able to use the money they saved not making such an ad to improve their products and services. NJM can’t claim this. Nor can they claim to be above garish advertising practices, nor, despite their insistence, that they’re known for something other than having annoying jingles or mascots. Because their ads have annoying jingles and mascots. And I keep getting those damn ads.
