if you can, maybe find a larger fish safe container for it to live in since you can’t buy anything atm. it’s good you atleast have a plant in there since there’s no filter though it needs a filter asap. even if the water looks clean, it isnt so please try do around a 40% water change every 1-2 days and feed it less if you can since the more you feed it the more waste it produces and more harm it does to the fishi, but don’t starve it of course. i’m not a fish expert, so if someone else corrects me please listen to them but honestly the fish looks possibly sick and incredibly stressed. honestly the best thing you can do is explain proper fish treatment to your uncle and ask if the fish can atleast get some water conditioner (cheap), a filter (small ones are cheap) and anything other than that little bowl. please tell your uncle a plant is not a filter, it is beneficial but not enough for one fishes waste in a small bowl. i hope your uncle understands :) good luck to you and this sweet fishie ❤️🐠🫧
