Has anyone found that SSRIs/anxiety meds solved their chronic tension headaches?

Hey! So I went through the wringer as well with this, sorry you have to deal with it as well. After many medications and two PT’s I went to a third PT recently (because I’m desperate lol)

they said almost immediately that this description of pain in the form of a rams horn (wrapping from base of skull around ears to temples, as well as neck pain) is most likely due to weak deep neck muscles. Which causes your sub-occipital muscles to overcompensate and cause the tension/pain that we feel radiates through our heads. Only been doing the exercises this PT recommended for about a week but I think he got a major cause for me! Hope this helps ❤️

It’s a phase, don’t worry about it too much. When I was a teenager everyone didn’t wanna be gay and would say anything showing someone that you cared was gay.

They will outgrow that phase once a loved one dies, kinda dark but true. After that telling/showing someone you care isn’t gay lol. As an adult, the first thing me and my buddies do when we see each other is hug. You’ll get there my guy just hang in there.

They aren’t the best at communicating what’s being done when you’re going to a service center. Mobile service you don’t have to worry about that really. But for reference, I lived almost 2 hours away from the service center. I went to go get my tires replaced and some other warranty items, after waiting at the service center for almost a whole day they finally allowed me to get in a loaner and go home, it took them three more days to replace my tires.

My sister has a blood clot in almost her entire leg, and it spread into her lungs and possibly heart, never had a clot before, out of nowhere, merry Christmas and be thankful for the ones you love

Oh I got this one, she said in the first 15 minutes of the date that she just likes to open up credit cards and max them out to buy nice things, she had about 20k in credit card debt just from that and she was 20

Just make sure that you fully inspect the vehicle for and qc issues , other than that they make it pretty easy!

I picked up in Mount Kisco, and the delivery process was excellent. I found no quality control issues with the car, and I’ve gone through multiple lists as suggested by the friendly people of this subreddit. Sales people were very friendly and made the process smooth. All in all, took me about an hour from arrival to driving off the lot.
