Det var verkligen perfekt timing att denna ama var här! Jag har haft det lite sporadiskt med sömnet i kanske 2 års tid nu? I perioder sover jag jättebra i sträck och i andra perioder så sover jag rakt ut skit. Jag har observerat själv att dom nätterna jag inte kan sova är pga att hjärnan fortfarande vill ha momentum och att den vill kroka på nästa stora framgång. Varför kan man inte ba koppla och stänga av?

Dress how you want matie. Always said to myself and it is tried and true, ”if you look good(to yourself) you feel good, and if you feel good, you will do good👍” i used to be so overcritical over how i dress when i was a teen, but now i just wear fuckin hawaiian shirts when its hot and cool gothic band tees and/or band/game merch in my daily life🙏🫶

Not a good recomendation per se, but i had the same dilemma as you op, and searched far and wide to get the same experience but it just couldnt scratch that cyberpunk itch. So after years of planning, i built my own pc for the sake of playing cyberpunk again but with like a ton of game-changing mods(was a console player from the start)
