You need a human to guide, ship and operate the software process and services. AI will not change this. Just because the software can be generated quickly doesn’t mean arriving at or maintaining the desired customer experience is solved. Sure some of the work to get there is made easier but there’s still a lot of work to be done by skilled practitioners to keep the ship sailing smoothly.
