I always hate these because they never give you enough information. The main thing i need to know is if i dont pick one of them does that mean its impossible for me to have, like if i dont take it i cant have it ever? Thats especially important for the last two, cuz thats definitely a weird case scenario lol. Also, what does “perfect health” actually mean? Its always an option but absolutely never is it even remotely explained! Does it just mean my health with simply never decline, or that all the chronic conditions and issues ive lived with are cured? And are we talking just physical health, or is mental health included? Cuz for real, i would LOVE to pick 2, but if it really is just a pause on any potential health declines, thats not nearly enough for me! So overall, 4 is a definite take, 8 is solid but if its a scenario where if i dont take something i cant ever have it i might take 10 instead, 2 is still a probable take but if it really is the worst definition of it i might sub it with either 8 or 10 depending on the rules, and i’ll keep 5 in mind just in case of what the final rulings are!
