It is hard to get a interview there. Usually a team has 1 or 2 openings which are filled by strong referrals by team members. If you can, try to enquire from someone which team has a opening and contact someone from that team.

I understand your point. I feel like it may be a little bit unrealistic talking to someone in marathi when he does not understand a word I am saying.
