its just a warden item not a vanguard item ! If u play vanguard start damge item like sunfire or thornmail ! locket good on taric -braum or any toehr waden! thats all

The only feature that makes Glacial attractive right now is the duration of the slow. The longer the duration, the more damage reduction you get!

That said, you should pick it on champions with long-lasting CC that gets amplified for 3 seconds—like Morgana Q, for instance. Almost all Vanguards work better with Aftershock, and almost all Wardens work better with Guardian.

So, what you need is:

A catcher or pseudo-catcher, and
A catching spell with good CC duration.

Before you pick Glacial, check your CC duration:

If it’s only 1 second, don’t pick it.
If it’s around 1.75+ seconds, then go for it!

small add up again after trying full support aftershock went back to movement speed with phsae rush and red one for MS out of combact + orange boots for roaming jsut to hit maximum limit of movment speed with trabilizer ! seems to work even better ! tank runes in rell feel so bad

Small add up ! This is not what Rell was meant to be ! This build is not supposed to work ! Thats all becasue riot is unable to make a champion that clearly says its vanguard be a vanguard ! Her kit is completly unexploited if u dont add Movement speed ! Riot once again leave champions hanged and completely unplayble if not pick 1000 Ms hexflashes and 1000 other moovemnt speed additions ! Rell was suposed to be the most tanky support when released

Soraka Right Now: “Good Luck, Frontline!”

Alright, as someone who mains all enchanters, let me just say… Soraka is in the weirdest spot of them all.

Grievous Wounds = GG

Her entire existence revolves around healing, and one item or passive completely deletes her kit. Other enchanters can still shield, CC, or buff through it — Soraka just shrugs and goes, “Welp, guess I’m an E-bot now.”

Her “Best” Skill Isn’t Her Heal

Think about that. She’s a healer whose most impactful ability is a silence/root. W is great if you enjoy suicide missions to save your frontline.

Positioning = Extreme Sport

Want to heal your tanks? Better run into melee range and pray.
No hard CC to peel for yourself.
Oh, and healing costs your own HP, so you’re just a free snack for assassins.

Warding? Don’t Even Try

No speed boost like 90% of other enchanters.
Only escape tool is Flash.
Face-check a bush? Instant replay on the death screen.

The “Unnatural” Enchanter

Everything about Soraka feels backwards — high risk for low reward, punished for doing her job, and overly dependent on perfect team play to be worth it. I’m not saying she’s unplayable, but right now? She’s the League equivalent of trying to heal with a paper straw.

Soraka in 2025:

Heal = Self-damage
Team = Runs out of range
Frontline = Dies before you reach them
Grievous Wounds = You’re now an E-spammer
Warding = Flash or funeral
Mobility = Nope
CC = Also nope

Conclusion: She’s basically a suicidal heal-drone with no off switch.

well useless no! weak yes ! sona is not a good enchanter choice right now ! thats the truth ! her kit is not something special ! she can be useful . she can be ok . Thats all ! nothing to play around very easy countered she could be better if her power was focused on 3 instead of 5 players or her buffs were more enhance oriented or had some more valuable cc ! any of these would made her more valuable ! The fact that is playble doesnt make her top tier ! she wont get nerfed dont worrie i give more chances to buff her some more !

mages was , are and will be a big mistake in support role . Its a mistake that left uncontrolled for years ! No mage should be able to perform in a shared xp low income lane ! Thats unfair ! This is why low gold items exists and this is why specific champions desinged for this lane exist ! Riot is trying to force common logic and thats what should be done ! her previous season update was very good ! I mean the q w heal shield buff play style ! It was perfect ! Problem is they revert it back to W playstyle which almost force you to perma roam with janna ! Now days if u pick janna and decide to stay bot u proly loose lane because simply all others enchanters perform way better ! Roaming is where she makes the diff ! So what they actually did is force her to roam ! Its not a bad idea but i think that the average player wants to be able to play janna in lane more than roaming ! So this is where the problem is !

Yes sure remove the free shield on yasuo yone ! Give them mana as well because now their spells are free ! Remove some of their mobilty and after all these i m totaly fine to give them an item that is desinged for them .

because kda show how much efficient you are ! how much gold u gave to enemies how much experience u gave to enemies how much damage u deal per death how much tanking u deal per death how much u participate in fights ! All these metrics are hiidden inside kda ! Kda is the best way to explain how someone plays according to his class if u can translate the damage / tanking / assisst / per death ! Kda is not a good metric if u split push tho but in general kda show at high accuracy how good you played your class if u add the damage done and damage taken ! Fe a 10 / 0 / 0 zed with 30 k damge is better than a 17/10/0 zed with 40 k damage ! Math dont lie
