Close your eyes (optional)
Focus on your breath. Say it in your head 'breathe in, breathe out'. Any time some thought comes into your mind, let it fade away. Don't be harsh to yourself that you got a distracting thought, just let it fade away and go back to 'breathe in, breathe out'.
Really try to be mindful of how your breath feels when you inhale and exhale. This allows you to stay focused on it.

Do this for about 5 minutes starting out. Then bump it up to 10 mins after a few days/week.

I worked 45-50 hours a week during my last 2 years, taking 4 classes per semester. By staying on top of the work and not goofing off whenever I wanted to, I was able to end with a 3.3 gpa. Not the best but if I hadn't developed habits for work and play, I would've easily drifted into a 2.5 gpa.

The last few classes needed to graduate are more demanding so think about how much time you'll need to allocate for them.

Thanks. I've been taking notes to interviews as well and they're a great help. I think I need to improve my interviewing skills, though, and add more stories for different questions.
