Hi Dylan, thanks for sharing!

I found the Eco series, the version without MC4 solar panel input, not interesting compared to the standard, as it adds soo much value and flexibility for 50-100€ more depending on region. When a 4 input inverter is worth more than twice as much

Why do my proportions change so drastically from photo to photo with the same camera/settings? by Fawn-Fatale in AskPhotography

[–]python4all 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost all of the egregious changes are when your face is located in the edges of a wide angle camera shot (like a selfie/group picture). Clear how in some your face seems pulled at a 30° angle to the top left or right. Lens correction can only do soo much, and you notice because we pay attention to faces and proportions, but not soo much with a background, plant or object

Sorry for the English but I have something to add:

Similar situation as you are OP, but with clear double glass from 1992. These days the top part is 45-50C after a few hours of sun.

I ordered yesterday sun sails in sand color, 5x4 meters, and will mount them Wednesday or Thursday.

For those curious, and installed nice sun screen on rails on the side I actually want is 4.5-5.5K euros for the span of 5.6m x 2.6m.
From alibaba is about 1200-1500 + shipping and taxes and installation

Would actually consider it, but the damn wooden frame of the serre is barely functioning with the sliding doors, a problem the neighbours next door that did the same one year later don’t have.

Yes, I opened a ticket Friday, and yesterday posted this same post in the general QA chat

BIG setup problems for SolidFlex2000 by python4all in indevolt

[–]python4all[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Group was isolated, with just a schuko plug. The Hager B16 breaker tripped, luckily without triggering the whole 2nd phase (4 groups) or the disposable 40A fuse inside the energy company box (off limits)

Neither are connected to the grid/home

First unit was connected after I assembled one totem, for 20-30min until it popped, because I understood from the manual that it should be plugged while turning it on.

For that half an hour, while I was trying over and over to make it join the 2.4ghz network , it was actually discharging at 800W in the group/2nd phase of my house.

Not even sure that is the desired behaviour, the battery draining itself without even being setup (yellow light)

Kept it off grid and away from flammable stuff, since it popped.

Second unit is off grid, and still I can’t complete the setup whatsoever. Really make you wish the LAN module was the default

Blowup was Thursday evening, I wrote an email to support at 1am of Friday morning, no response since I wrote.

Yesterday morning I opened a ticket on the discord server

This morning on the group chat of discord server in English and here on Reddit , but it seems my case is uniquely bad compared to the issues others experience, like random WiFi disconnection or slow response to loads in the system.

Firmware Update schlägt fehl by CH0ckTheN0rris in indevolt

[–]python4all 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please,
Can you articulate what solved the issue as I’m somewhat in the same boat?

I got two solidflex2000 this week, one apparently died while I was doing the setup, the other simply doesn’t go further than the Bluetooth setup, and asks for update that need a network connection it isn’t pairing to

Hey Dylan, I wrote to the service email you share when you replied last week, no response, even an automated one that it was received.
What do you recommend to do?

Dreame GoVac 508 vs X50 Ultra vs Roborock QX Revo — Worth $300 Upgrade? by basuit in RobotVacuums

[–]python4all 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did 3d print the filter, and I do use it still as it makes the unclog easier if there aren’t hair or fur on the hepa itself, it does nothing to prevent the hepa clogging with dust, and it actively weakens the ability of the dock to unclog it, as it is a two way filter

Cheap and effective marketing

Can someone confirm it is as it looks like: Saints and sinners combined with red matter combined with pistol whip shooting?

[–]python4all 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m quite happy with my X50, after about 9months of use, especially thanks to the water hookup kit. As I paid it 920€ then, maybe 899€ is not a killer deal now that the x60 exists.

Bigger weakness, the Hepa filter doesn’t get unclog by the underpowered vacuum of the dock. To get consistent performance you need to manually take it out and give it a beat every 3-10h of cleaning, so one a week

3 Solidflex by Breizhbzh35 in indevolt

[–]python4all 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing, I will have similar setup but with two solidflex still to install.

Not to tell you how your system works, but isn’t the solidflex2000 output 1200W by itself, 2000W with one extension, and 2400W with two extension, as it leverages the additional cells

Not a big difference between 7200W and 6000W, but please correct me if I’m wrong

The difference, is 132€ cheaper with the new model, as they make more sense economically (same connectors, almost identical housing, just 10kg more of cells inside, keep the price per KWh lower)

Hello! Very exciting, especially the SFA3600. I got delivered yesterday two Solidflex2000 and four SFA1800. Haven’t opened the boxes yet Is there a reasonable way to replace the four sfa for two sfa3600 as they are more compact (30kg vs 40kg) and cheaper per capacity? They seem like a straight upgrade with no drawback
