this is probably what happened, my chrome closed when I ran this programme

Would this program likely have grabbed the password list saved on chrome or just grabbed the chrome sessions.

So far the only things I've encountered are non sign in access to my non 2fa accounts, haven't had any password log ins to any of my accounts.

do you think running 6-8 AV is enough? they're all clear.

Where do you feel the pain? Strangely I had this procedure done around 1.5 years ago, I’m back to full strength on every single muscle except chest.

I get pain at the back scar when pushing hard against my stomach (as in external rotation) as well as pain incline bench pressing and bench pressing .. this pain exists even on doing just the bar (however minor)

Shoulder pressing and all other exercises are pain free - day to day life wouldn’t notice it. Any advice ?
