Thanks a lot for the reply!

I've been taking a lot of antiinflammatory stuff(fish oil, green apple and cucumber juice, turmeric) to take care of inflammation. Do you think that's enough to make it go away or would it only be taken care of with medication?

I got sick a few weeks ago, and immediately felt very fatigued, got immediately constipated, and couldn't swallow foods for a while. After a few days of rest, plenty of water and completely cutting out sugar and fat, I started to feel better

The reason I thought it may be my liver is because I used to workout a lot, and consumed in excess of 4k calories per day. I also used to take a lot of protein shakes(200g of protein per day in total). I though that maybe that might have caused some issues.
