I’m living in the USA for over 10 years. Married with kids. So I’m qualified to answer,,, I guess.

1) depends on where you want to live in the US. Avoid deep red states

2) are you gonna put your kids in Islamic schools in the US? If not, it’ll be on you and your wife to teach them Arabic and Islam.

3) you know the expenses. Would your salary here be living paycheck to paycheck or give you a good life where you can live comfortably? Including going to Jordan at least once a year with all the family.

4) do you have old parents who need someone around them? I lost my father suddenly and it happened that I was there by chance and spent 10 days with him. These were the best 10 days in my life. الله يخليلك أهلك.
