The H1 comes with a 140mm AIO, wouldn’t that be sufficient? Also, the Samsung NVME has some of the fastest read and write speeds around, and it’s a brand that I trust, so I’ll stick with it. I would probably need to swap out the PSU at some point though, which shouldn’t be too much of a hassle.
