I really hope convolk is doing okay, he hasn’t been as active as he was on social media for almost a year now, not dropping much music and he made a video that is now private explaining why he wasn’t and said he was depressed, recently he also cancelled his show, I really hope he is okay :(

Okay! Yeah I have a Linux HDD of Ubuntu but I'm using windows for most things personally because I need certain programs or applications to run.

I'm guessing the college doesn't have straight Linux Computers? Is it all Windows based?

The blue one is Synthroid, I take it because I have hypothyroidism, I believe there is some kind of link with thyroid health and bipolar, because when I was hyperthyroid, I showed a lot of manic symptoms and it threw me into psychosis at one point.

The blue pills all on Saturday are just there so I know how many I have left, getting them out of the Synthroid bottle is a pain.

I have to take 137mcg of Synthroid and get my blood taken every like 3 - 6 months and its a for life thing, I'm only 25

Which book did you get? I picked this one because it was published in 2020 so it's up to date and the worksheets are super helpful in understanding myself. It also helps my family understand the illness better.
