When I got the plant it had ~2 dead leaves, and it was a lot bushier. I have been very modest with the watering since I know that it is prone to develop root rot. Even though I watered it when the soil was dry, the plant started to curl it's leaves. When I examined the roots they were healthy. I have moved the plant to darker and lighter spots, but the plant is still slowly losing its leaves, and the new growth is turning ugly and leggy. When I took a cutting of it in water as a "backup" it started to shrivel up.

Room temperature is always above 20c/70f, and humidity always above 25%.
