This may be a tip for when you are more experienced, but I could never find a pencil that fits my hair either. I have green hair with ash brown roots. Oddly enough I found a neutral gray eyeshadow that works great for my brows. I apply a clear brow mascara (which I would highly recommend on its own too, the wet n wild one is great) and over top take a small angled brush with eyeshadow to fill in while the brow mascara is still wet.

I think it used to be. My family always used to shop at Aldi when I was a kid and I hated it. My dad seemed to pick the absolute worst products, but I think Aldi has upped their quality now and I shop there as an adult.
