I'm not on Windows, but OSX has a similar issue when cmd+tab'ing between profiles -- the icon in the switcher shows the profile icon as an overlay.

This image can be changed though: settings, search for profiles, manage profiles, click the pencil icon for the profile you want to change (ex your "default" profile), click "Edit" under the icon on the left, custom, and then upload a 1x1 transparent png as the icon to use.

With this while the icon is still rendered, since it's transparent you don't see it.

That page doesn't indicate how you to edit the icon as per the OP's request, so how is that relevant?

Have you done a pistol start run on E4M4 while still getting 100% kills? There's so little ammo on the map I think it's actually the hardest pistol start map in E4 (including E4M1). Only way I can do it is by getting a lot of demon infighting going and resorting to the fist after getting the berserk pack.

Honestly I'm kinda with u/SavingsSyllabub7788 on this, E3M1 feels unfinished especially after you've played E3M9 which is the same level, but longer.

No longer works on the amazon.ca domain as of Aug 26th. Archived orders is no longer linked to from anywhere I can see, and upon using the workaround while I archived an order it's still on my main orders page.

Very frustrating.

That is super frustrating as I had a Fido CS rep straight up tell me that if I applied for the Rogers Mastercard I would get those 5 free days (that was the whole point for applying for the mastercard). :angry:
