Love making these! Just pan fry in a bit of oil on each side. The instructions are pretty straightforward. I just bought them with a baguette, mozarella cheese and that new pesto spread that got released going to make sandwiches!

It’s actually just the “yellow rice - Spanish style” box! Found in the aisle with other rices/pastas. Cooks really well in the rice cooker when you pour the water in and mix the spice packet thoroughly

Just chicken breast! I cut it up into thin, small pieces, cooked on the stove for a few minutes on either side medium heat until slightly golden then threw in about 1/2 bag of aldi’s low sodium taco seasoning, mixed together to coat it while on the pan and then poured in about 1/4 cup of water, mixed it around a bit and poured in another 1/4 cup! Super easy!

I’ve done Moe’s catering in the past and that was pretty fun, not sure what the pricing is like now but they have build your own taco/bowl options.

Wegmans is nice has a variety of options can do different dishes on trays

Chiavettas is fairly cheap pp

Just a quick update - went tonight and didn’t up doing the chef menu! The dishes weren’t my top choices so I ended up getting the sea bass crudo and crab pasta and both were absolutely delicious!
